Conscious & The Goodness is a 2-time Awit award-winning independent Soul Jazz band from the Republic of the Philippines.

 

Formed in 2012, the band is still made up of its original members: Mike Constantino on vocals - the Conscious behind the groovy goodness of Tedmark Cruz on Drums, the silky goodness of Jesser Sison on Keys and the nasty goodness of Yuna Reguerra on Bass.

 

The band has been putting in work to release their first full-length LP this 2023 and are preparing for a tour to support the album.

 

Conscious is the Message, Goodness is the Music.
